9:42:28 AM Finance Director Ed Blackman Cash-recommendation is to increase reserves in Public Safety Fund. This fund is growing the most and there is a need to increase that reserve. Currently at 11.35% with $1.8M in reserves and would recommend putting this entire amount into that so it gets closer to 12%.
